Joseph McMahon, P.E., and Chief Executive Officer, started his solo practice from home in Pennsylvania in 1976. Now more than 120 talented McMahon engineers and support staff
in ten offices along the East Coast represent Joe’s passion for excellence in transportation engineering and people-oriented service.

Having expanded to a full-service transportation engineering firm, our work includes expertise in bridge design, hydraulic analysis, and GIS-GPS mobile data collection and review.
