Hamilton Township needed a way to manage the townships assets, organize documentation, and be able to communicate township issues and resources to the 90,000+ residents as well as keep all departments up to date with the latest datasets. McMahon’s solution, after a needs analysis, was to build a web-based GIS for that is based on a combination of AutoDesk MapGuide and Microsoft ASP.NET.
Customized specifically for Hamilton Township and the needs of the staff, Hamilton’s iGIS application is completely flexible and expandable for future modifications, while ensuring an extremely user-friendly experience. Primarily based on Parcels, Roadway data and Aerials, Our solution includes Snow Plow Management, which is integrated with GPS allowing the Staff and Residents to view the current locations of plows as well as which roads have been salted and / or plowed. The system also includes a Waste-Water Management Module allowing for flow analysis, criteria reporting, videos, images, etc. and is directly integrated with a ArcIMS work-order management system as well as a module to allow the automation and electronic tracking of permits and issues throughout the township.

North Coventry needed a way to manage the townships assets, organize documentation, and generate and store permits. McMahon’s solution, after a needs analysis, was to build a web-based GIS with integrated permitting software to generate and store building and fire permits. This system utilizes ASP.NET, SQL Server 2008 which allows for an application where all aspects of government can share information via a web browser. The application allows for easy access to existing permits, streamlined processing and billing as well as custom reporting. |

McMahon provided GIS/mapping support to organize project data as a function of transportation planning studies and projects at Florida Department of Transportation’s District Four offices. McMahon provided the atlas production for the District-wide Federal Aid Maps; Roads of Regional Significance for FDOT District 4 and Miami-Dade County; Treasure Coast Regional Planning Model (TCRPM); and Palm Beach County Long Range Transportation Plan. The atlas was submitted in ArcGIS MXD format, ArcReader PMF format and Adobe PDF format.
